Emotional freedom technique
As an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner I have found in my own experience and working with clients that EFT is an easy, practical and painless way of managing body and mind issues quickly and permanently. I am passionate about giving people tools to change their lives in the most easy and effective manner.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) combines the physical benefits of acupuncture with the cognitive benefits of conventional therapy. While related to acupuncture, EFT does not use needles. EFT or ‘psychological acupuncture’ involves stimulating pressure points with gentle tapping instead of needles. By tuning into a variety of issues and by simply tapping specific energy meridian points, people can clear blockages and experience profound changes in their emotional and physical health.
I understand how important it is to provide a safe space for my clients to explore and clear emotions. I can help you discover the core issue of a specific challenge, assist you in identifying and clearing blocks you may have.
EFT offers the potential for rapid and effective relief from many emotional problems including trauma, anxiety, phobias, anger, sadness, grief, guilt and so on. Beneficial results have also been achieved for various physical conditions.
Simple energy techniques
I am a qualified Simple Energy Technique (SET) Practitioner. Simple energy technique (SET) is adapted and modified from emotional freedom technique (EFT) and other energy psychology approaches, although SET also has several elements that make it uniquely different from those approaches. SET is a collection of simple and user-friendly energy techniques, which when used in conjunction with hypnotherapy or taught to my clients as a useful self help tool. SET offers the potential for rapid and effective relief from many issues like physical pain, stress, anxiety, phobias, trauma and other negative emotions to weight loss, relationship problems, clearing blocks to financial success, athletic performance and much more.
